BRMF's client had reached the end of a mortgagee sale process and required an innovative funding solution.  BRMF was able to provide an asset warehousing structure, introducing a private equity partner to purchase, hold and re-sell the commercial property back to the client.  This structure avoided a forced sale at deep discount and allowed the client time to re-tenant and obtain a standard loan facility.
